The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course is designed
to enhance your experience, skill and knowledge as a
diver in various diving environments. The class is conducted
over two days plus one evening orientation, and is scheduled
during weekends beginning Saturday afternoon at 12:00pm.

Training for the Advanced Open Water course is divided
into five categories:
1) Underwater Navigation
2) Deep Diving
3) Wreck Diving
4) Peak Performance Buoyancy
5) Night Diving
Our course cost includes classroom orientation, five
ocean boat dives(Weather permitting), tanks, weights,
certification fees, all course materials and books.
Students need to supply their own snorkeling and
scuba equipment for the course, as well as any required
accessories. All Florida Scuba Depot students are
eligible for special discount pricing on equipment
purchased in our retail dive center. Rental equipment
is available. (There is an additional rental fee for
wetsuits and underwater lights.)
You must be at least 12 years of age and a certified
Open Water diver to participate in the PADI Advanced
Open Water course. Upon successful completion of the
class, you will receive your PADI Advanced Open Water
Certification Card.
A minimum of four students is required for the course
to run at this price. Student instruction is available
at an additional cost of $100 per student for less
than four.
