The Tusa RS-110 regulator has the very popular balanced piston type first stage which offers superior reliability for stable air supply regardless of depth or residual pressure. There are two HP ports and four LP ports. The R-100 first stage features a unique patented inline layout to achieve a light weight of just 620 grams during actual use, in addition to its compact size.

The second stage is equipped with a deflector mechanism which forces air in through the demand valve, preventing free flow and reducing intake resistance. The surface of the demand lever has been treated with an original TUSA coating which reduces friction, ensuring smooth and natural opening and closing.
