Shipping Information:
Thats right! Any order over $99 gets Free Standard shipping. Sorry, this offer does not apply to Scuba Tanks, Travel Bags, international orders,
and we have to exclude Hawaii. However, please e-mail or contact us for special rates to your location, or for excluded products. Of course you can still specify
a faster shipping method if it is needed. All our shipping quotes are done real time, and at actual cost to you. No flat rate or extra handling.
Currently Florida Scuba Depot currently uses both the United States Postal Service
(USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) for your shipping needs. We do not
charge flat rate shipping or add extra handling fee's to your order. We
calculate actual shipping in "Real Time" from USPS and UPS Web
Servers, which allows you to compare and choose the shipping method and
delivery time, which meets your needs.
Please select the appropriate shipping method during checkout depending
on the cost and time of delivery you desire and you will be charged the
"Actual" Shipping cost.
All orders placed are shipped the same day if order is received before
3:30pm EST, or the next day if after that time. In the event we are out
of stock on a particular item we will not hold up the order, we will contact
you via phone and/or e-mail to discuss with you the options for your order.
Returns Information:
At Florida Scuba Depot we offer a "No Hassle" return policy.
As long as the item purchased was not neglected or damaged, we will gladly
exchange the product or refund your purchase price via the method you
paid.
To return an item, just follow the simply directions below and we’ll
take care of the rest!
Please send email to customer service before returning the product
to us so we know to watch for it, however a return authorization is not
required. We encourage the use of insured and verifiable shipping methods
for all packages, i.e., USPS insured or UPS insured. We have to get it
to exchange it or credit you!
Pack the item(s) securely. All returned products should be in the new
condition they were received in, as well as in their original packaging.
Please remember to include all warranty cards and manuals.
In the event an item has been used in the water, upon inspection we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.
In the event of any questions or problems with your order, or if the product received was defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department within 30 days of receipt. We will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
